Tatsu then partnered with Takuya and opened up Ramen Tatsu-ya, where they enjoy educating people on what ramen truly is by cooking up delicious ramen. It’s the soul food of Japan, and they want you to experience that. The process of broth-making can take an extremely long time in order to draw out the flavors from each ingredient!
