Austin’s #1 Best Place to Work Honors Outstanding Agents at Awards Ceremony
AUSTIN, TX – Realty Austin, the #1 independent residential real estate firm in Austin, honored its top real estate agents at the company’s annual awards ceremony. The brokerage of the future celebrated the achievements of their 420 agents and 35 support staff.
Realty Austin Company-wide Individual Top Producer Awards
Based on overall sales, Realty Austin’s no. 1 individual top producing agent Todd Grossman was awarded top honors. The Lake Travis Top Producer has closed over $214M to date in real estate at Realty Austin since joining in 2008.
Realty Austin’s no. 2 individual top producing agent was Lisa Muñoz. The Central Austin Top Producer has more than tripled her business since joining in 2011.
Realty Austin’s no. 3 top producer was Ross Speed with Drew Bouffard at no. 4, Kelvin Glover at no. 5, and Burt Dement coming in at no. 6. Brian Copland was the no. 7 top producer with the top 10 closing out with Yusuf Johnson at no. 8, Adam Walker at no. 9, and Beverly Williams at no. 10.
Realty Austin Company-wide Top Producer Team Award
The no. 1 Top Producing team company-wide at Realty Austin is The Clausen Group, Mark and France Clausen, Kelli Whirlow, and Weslea O’Connor of the Southwest market center. Since joining the company in 2010, this husband-wife led team from Dripping Springs has increased their business 9 fold.
Realty Austin Diamond Club
The Realty Austin Diamond Club is an exclusive group of agents who close over $10M and teams that closed over $15M in 2017. To put their qualifications in perspective only 378 of the 12,000 Realtors in Austin sold over $10M in real estate in 2017. Realty Austin has 48 of them. In other words, Realty Austin only has 3% of the realtors in Austin, but 13% of the $10M+ producers.

The Rising Star of the Year award series recognizes a top achiever who has been on the Realty Austin team less than two years and achieved the biggest increase in sales since joining.
Realty Austin Southwest Rising Star is Brooke Steele. Steele grew her sales 289% in 2017 earned her Diamond Club.
Realty Austin Northwest Rising Star is Amanda Dudley. Dudley grew her sales 270% in 2017.
Realty Austin Central Rising Star is Ted Esquibel. Esquibel sales growth rate was 201% in 2017, earning him Diamond Club.
Realty Austin Westlake-Lake Travis Rising Star is Fara Kosari. Kosari increased her sales volume over 184% and earned Diamond Club.
Realty Austin Outstanding Service Awards
In addition, the Realty Austin team awarded its team members with Superlative Awards for outstanding performances in unique areas.
The Realty Austin Humanitarian Award winner Jeffrey Schnabel was an overachiever this year for his generous charitable contributions to the company’s mission and volunteering his time at Austin Habitat for Humanity, Foundation Communities, and SAFE Touch-a-Truck.
Each year the Realty Austin Team Spirit award is given to an agent who embraces the culture, exudes a positive attitude, and is a cheerleader for Realty Austin. Lockie Ealy was overwhelmingly voted by her peers as the 2017 recipient for her infectious spirit.
The Realty Austin Gold Hard Hat award recognizes an individual who has gone above and beyond our mission to give back. Jeffrey Schnabel, Cara Keenan, and Paige Dahiyat were this year’s recipients who volunteered the most days at the 6th Annual Realty Austin Habitat for Humanity home build.
The Realty Austin Heartbeat Award is given to an agent who fully embraces the culture of ‘work hard, play hard and give back’. The company named Ashley Brinkman as this year’s recipient, noting she does everything with her heart and soul.
The Unsung Hero award is bestowed upon individuals who work tirelessly behind the scenes and consistently strive toward making Realty Austin one of the best places to work. The company’s Training Director Erin Reichman was honored for the huge impact she has made on the company since joining in 2016.
For the grand finale, the Realty Austin Most Valuable Player award was presented to the individual who contributed to Realty Austin as a whole in a significant way. The company honored Jeffrey Schnabel with this award noting his willingness to share his knowledge and expertise with the team on a regular basis.
