    The Formula Sun Grand Prix (FSGP) is an annual track competition that is held on grand prix or road style closed courses. This unique style of solar car racing is open to teams from around the world and truly tests the limits of the vehicles in handling curves, braking, and acceleration. The winner of FSGP is determined by the total number of laps completed over the three days of racing. The team that completes the fastest single lap around the track is also recognized in the awards ceremony!

Please keep in mind that Scott Mentzer Pool only allows pool noodles and clear inner tubes. If you don’t have any tubes, you can rent them! And if you get hungry during the movie, grab a snack at the concession stands!

    Mohawk Austin 912 Red River St, Austin, TX 78701

    Quesoff, a celebration of all things melted cheese, will take place at The Mohawk on Saturday, July 27th. Around thirty vendors of all shapes and sizes such as restaurants, top chefs, home-cooks, neighbors, brothers, sisters will all go head to head in four categories; Meaty, Spicy, Veggie, and Wild Card. A Best in Show will also be awarded and the end of the competition! Quesoff is honored to benefit the Central Texas Food Bank; entry will be free with a donation of two canned goods or a $3 donation per person. Bags of chips will be available for $5. This event is not BYOC.

    Legends Football League (LFL) announced the Austin Acoustic will return to H-E-B Center at Cedar Park for their fourth season of play at the venue. The LFL is one of sports fastest-emerging properties with league structure in the States, Canada, Australia, and in 2018, Europe. The sport is now broadcasted to over 190+ television territories around the world on major platforms such as SKY Sport, ESPN International, NBC Universal, SBS Broadcasting amongst others. The Austin Acoustic will be competing in the Western Conference alongside the Los Angeles Temptation, Seattle Mist, Denver Dream and Nashville Knights!
