Realty Austin Agents Honored at Residential Real Estate Awards 2017

The Clausen Group, Lisa Muñoz, Todd Grossman, Ross Speed Awarded for Austin’s No. 1 Top Workplace

AUSTIN, TXRealty Austin, #1 independent residential real estate firm in Austin, is pleased to announce 7 individual agents and 7 teams from their brokerage who were nominated for Austin Business Journal’s 2017 Residential Real Estate Awards. The Clausen Group, Lisa Muñoz, Todd Grossman, and Ross Speed were awarded winners at the annual ceremony held on March 3, 2017, at the J.W. Marriott Austin.

A Top 10 recipient since 2009, Todd Grossman was presented with the no. 16 award in the individual category with $25,781,354 million in 2016 sales production of 43 transactions. Newcomer to the ABJ stage for Realty Austin was agent Ross Speed who earned the no. 20 spot in the individual category with $22,003,564 million in 2016 sales production of 69 transactions.

In the category of teams with 2-3 licenses, The Clausen Group, led by Mark and France Clausen, earned a rank of no. 11 on the ABJ award list with $35,328,686 million in 2016 total sales production of 53 transactions. Also in this category, Lisa Muñoz and her team earned a rank of no. 15 on ABJ’s list with $33,153,551 million in 2016 total sales production of 95 transactions.

The Clausens, who anchor the Clausen Group in Dripping Springs, said, “We are grateful for all of our clients, friends, business partners, and Realty Austin for helping us to achieve this level of success. Realty Austin teams nominated were Todd Bailey Team; Mark and France Clausen; Brian Copland; Barbara Ditlow, Matt Ditlow and Henry Valles; Lisa Muñoz; Sarabeth Peterson and Jordan Johnson; and Adam Walker Elite Team.

Each year ABJ ranks the Top 50 Residential REALTORS by gross closed residential sales. The Residential Real Estate Awards program is determined by nominees rank amongst the 2016 top performing agents in Austin by sales volume, transactions, and operational excellence.
