Austin’s No.1 Best Places to Work Makes the Move to Davenport Village and Opens New Headquarters

AUSTIN, TX— Realty Austin, an award-winning Austin-based real estate brokerage, officially opened its doors to its new headquarters and Westlake market center. To mark the grand opening, the company celebrated with a red carpet grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, June 26, 2014 for industry partners, local agents, and invited guests. View event photos on Realty Austin’s facebook page.

The Westlake Chamber of Commerce and the company’s leadership cut the satin ribbon at 4:30PM to kick off the celebration catered by Royal Fig and deejayed by DJ Johnny Bravvo. Cien Fuegos entertained guests as they sipped on a signature ‘Realty Austini’ and mingled with the area’s top agents.

Located at the intersection of Westlake Drive and 360/Capital of Texas Highway, Realty Austin Westlake is housed in Davenport Village, an upscale open-air shopping area full of amenities. The modern, street-level office will serve 25 agents in addition to the company’s headquarters. The move signifies the company’s fifth class A retail location.

Jonathan Boatwright, co-owner of Realty Austin said, “We are excited to make the move to the heart of Westlake. Moving our offices to the vibrant Davenport Village retail center positions us to serve the needs of our clients and agents in the area. Our unique brand has a distinct identity, and is backed by the strength of comprehensive, innovative marketing systems that are second to none in the Austin real estate market.”

Driven by its vision to grow their luxury marketshare, Realty Austin continues its vision to serve customers at the hyper-local level by providing hands-on access to its customer service-oriented team. Through well-positioned locations in Central Austin, Northwest Austin, Southwest Austin, Lake Travis, and now Westlake, the company has grown to a team of 263 agents and 32 support staff since its inception in 2004.

Realty Austin’s Westlake market center will be led by Cara Keenan, a top producing REALTOR® who brings a solid reputation and 14 years of experience to the market manager role.

Keenan said, “As West Austin continues to attract residents, our customers will have direct access to superior service from some of the most forward-thinking, philanthropic, professional, and productive real estate professionals in the area. The opportunity to lead the new Westlake Market Center is an exciting move for me.”

Boatwright continued, “Our clients now have multiple options throughout the city to find a Realty Austin agent. Cara’s leadership will advance the Westlake market center and enable the next generation of Realty Austin to be the luxury market leader.”

Realty Austin sourced local companies to continue its contemporary office design; Kelle Contine Interior Design, Rodney Palmer of Cornerstone Architects and Michael Schembri whose artwork is featured throughout. Brokers for the transaction were Michele Gary of Weitzman Group and Realty Austin.

Realty Austin Westlake’s address will be 3801 N Capital of Texas Highway, Suite J-180, Austin, Texas 78746.
