The annual SP200 rankings released a list of the top 46 women leaders who have reached the highest level of national leadership positions in the highly competitive residential real estate brokerage industry, based on their decision-making power and influence. More women than ever before were named among Swanepoel Power 200’s list of The Most Powerful People in The Residential Real Estate Brokerage Industry in 2020 accounting for 23 percent of the top 200 positions on this year’s SP200.
