Todd Grossman, Lisa Muñoz, Burt Dement, and Carlos Ojeda Top the Residential Real Estate Awards List for Austin’s No. 1 Best Place to Work
AUSTIN, TX–Realty Austin is happy to share that 15 individual agents and 11 teams from their roster were nominated for the Austin Business Journal’s 2015 Residential Real Estate Awards. Todd Grossman, Lisa Munoz, Burt Dement, and Carlos Ojeda were awarded top honors at the annual ceremony held on February 27, 2015 at the Hyatt Regency Austin.
Grossman was honored with the no. 2 award in the individual agent category with $42 million in 2014 sales production. Since joining Realty Austin, Grossman has earned the top seed at the brokerage year over year, and ranked in the top 10 for ABJ’s award placing him amongst the best of Austin REALTORS.

In the category of teams with 2-3 licenses, Lisa Muñoz and her team earned a rank of no. 8 on the ABJ award list with $30 million in 2014 total sales production. Muñoz and her team have earned a spot on the coveted list since 2010.
Newcomers to the ABJ stage for Realty Austin were agents Burt Dement, who earned no. 19 award with $20 million; and, Carlos Ojeda who earned no. 21 on this year’s list with $18.7 in total sales for 2014.

Each year ABJ ranks the Top 50 Residential Realtors by gross closed residential sales. To be selected for the Residential Real Estate Awards program, nominees must rank among the top performing agents qualified by sales volume, transactions, and operational excellence in 2014.
