Realty Austin Top Agents Honored by Austin Business Journal

Todd Grossman, Lisa Muñoz, Lisa Sexton and Susan Doyle Were Named to ABJ’s Top 50 Realtors List

AUSTIN, TX–Realty Austin congratulated all the industry’s nominees for the Austin Business Journal’s 2014 Residential Real Estate Awards. Each year ABJ ranks the Top 50 Residential Realtors by gross closed residential sales. This year’s winners were announced at the annual awards ceremony held on March 6, 2014 at the Sheraton Austin. Realty Austin had 28 individual agents and 8 teams who were finalists for the award.

Todd Grossman placed 6th in the individual agent category with total sales of $26.9 million. For the past five years, Grossman has placed high on the annual Top Realtor list. Since joining Realty Austin in 2008, he has earned the top seed at the brokerage year over year.

Also a perennial winner, Lisa Muñoz and her team earned a rank of 7th place with total sales of $33 million. Lisa Munoz has made the Top Realtor list as an individual in years 2010-2013 in the team category.

Also in the category of teams with 2-3 licenses, Realty Austin’s top team for 2013, Lisa Sexton and Susan Doyle, earned first place with $49.7 million in total sales.

Individual Realty Austin agents nominated were Alicia Kelley, Amy Gandy, Barrett Sandefur, Brian Copland, Carl Shurr, Cristina Valdes, Colette Fitzgerald, Cynthia Mattiza, Dori Garner, Drew Griffin, Elliott Sanchez, Haval Abbas, Jackie Good, Jennifer Mehis, Joe Cummings, Kevin McCord, Kim Wilkin, Laura Olesen, Linda Traylor, Maggie Falvey, Patrick Birdsong, Ryan Gamble, Ruth Powers, Shawn Rooker, Susanne Lee, Todd Bailey and Tom Thornton.

Realty Austin teams nominated were Cara and Joe Keenan; Barbara Ditlow and Matt Ditlow; Erin and Sonny Bara; Mark and France Clausen;  Lisa and Jeff Hill; Lisa Sexton and Susan Doyle; and Michelle and Thaddeus Jones.

To be selected for the Austin Business Journal’s Residential Real Estate Awards program, nominees must rank among the top performing agents qualified by sales volume, transactions, and operational excellence in 2014.
