Realty Austin Reveals Honor Roll of the Year for 2014

Austin’s Best Place to Work Awards Agents Who Excelled in 2014

AUSTIN, TX – Realty Austin, an award-winning Austin-based real estate brokerage, honored its top producers and agents who excelled in 2014 at the company’s awards ceremony and winter party. The fresh, innovative brokerage celebrated the successes of all 270 agents at the annual red carpet event with special award categories for individual and team achievements.

2014 Realty Austin Top Producers
Based on overall sales, Realty Austin’s individual top producing agent Todd Grossman sold over $42.4M and was awarded top honors. Since joining Realty Austin in 2008, Grossman has closed over $139M cumulative in sales.

Realty Austin’s top producing team selling more than $30 Million is the Lisa Muñoz Team. The Team was awarded with the highest number of transactions closed with 93. Muñoz has put together a team made up of Colby Patterson, Jenna Gilbert, Christina Brunyate, Peggy Krug, and Jennifer Herbert respectively. Lisa Muñoz and her team have closed over $101M in 374 transactions since she joined Realty Austin in 2011.

The Realty Austin individual agent with the highest number of transactions closed with 64 is Colette Fitzgerald.

2014 Realty Austin Rising Star Awards
The Rising Star of the Year award series recognizes a top achiever in each of the Realty Austin market centers.

Realty Austin Westlake Rising Star is Debbie Novelli. Novelli joined Realty Austin in January of 2012. Novelli achieved 192% increase sales from $2.9M in 2013 to over $8.5 million in sales in 2014. This is the highest year-over-year increase company-wide.

Realty Austin Lake Travis Rising Star is Jeff Pierce. Pierce embraced all of the systems that Realty Austin offers and as a result, his business greatly increased. Pierce grew his sales 169% from $2.3M in 2013 to over $6.2M in 2014.

Realty Austin Southwest Rising Star Michelle Hendrixwho joined Realty Austin in 2012 after earning her stripes as an assistant for top producing agents. In 2014 she exceeded her goals, increasing her sales 97% from $3.6M in 2013 to over $7.1M.

Realty Austin Central Rising Star is Jen Butel. This year Butel embraced the Realty Austin Business Planning Tool, set a goal to claim 5 new leads per week and to make 10-20 calls per day to her database. Butel grew her sales 107% from $6.3M in 2013 to over $13.1M in 2014, securing her spot in this year’s Diamond Club.

Realty Austin Northwest Rising Star is The Ealy Team. Lockie and Warren Ealy leveraged an aggressive marketing campaign combined with community involvement, to see the fruits of their efforts flourish in 2014. The Ealy Team grew their sales 126% from $5M in 2013 to over $11.3M in 2014.

Realty Austin Diamond Club
Realty Austin recently recognized 59 agents who who sold $10 million or more in 2014 and qualified for the company’s prestigious Diamond Club. To put this in perspective, only 278 Austin REALTORS® sold over $10 million in real estate through the Austin MLS last year.
