Austin’s #1 Independent Brokerage Ranks Alongside Nation’s Heavyweights on Power Broker 500 List and REAL Trends 500 Report

AUSTIN, TX – Realty Austin broke the Top 100 on the REAL Trends 500 and 27th Annual Power Broker 500 reports. Realty Austin, the brokerage of the future, has earned its place among the nation’s most powerful residential real estate heavyweights.

According to the 2015 results by REAL Trends 500, Realty Austin’s high ranking of no. 95 on their report was the result of $1.65 billion sales volume from 4,795 closed transaction sides in 2014. The REAL Trends 500 is an annual report of the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerages.

The 27th Annual Power Broker Report ranked local game-changer Realty Austin at no. 99 on sales volume. The Power Broker Report is an annual ranking of the nation’s top 500 residential real estate brokerage firms by RISMedia.

Amongst Central Texas brokerages, Realty Austin is the largest independent firm based on volume and transactions. Realty Austin’s rapid move up the ranks on the nation’s power broker lists has solidified the company as a player not only at the local level, but also on the national level.
