Realty Austin Is The #1 Best Place To Work

Read time: 2 minutes

For the 10th year in a row, Realty Austin is honored to be on the Austin Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in Central Texas list. Year after year, our innovative and collaborative workspaces, advanced technology, philanthropic culture, and lively atmosphere are the top reasons why Realty Austin is the #1 Best Place to Work in Austin!

Jonathan Boatwright, co-owner of Realty Austin, attributed the win to “our all-star team,” who he said, “[wake] up every day motivated to bring their A-Game for their clients!”

“If anything, the pandemic made us stronger as a company,”  said Yvette Boatwright, co-owner of Realty Austin. “ We were already agile, but the unwavering support from our staff who work hard every day to support our agents was relentless.  At a time when others pulled back their resources, our company doubled the charitable donations that helped our neighbors in the affordable housing communities who needed it most.  THAT is what makes us the Best Place to Work.

Realty Austin was honored with the award for 2021 #1 Best Places to Work at the Q2 Stadium on Friday, July 16, among leading companies of Austin. ABJ’s Best Places to Work list identifies the top workplaces in Central Texas. Qualifying companies are measured in four categories based on key performance areas such as leadership and management; workplace environment; compensation and benefits; and growth and development.

With collaborative workspaces located in Central, Southwest, and North Austin, the Realty Austin team has grown to over 570 agents and 40 support staff. A proud member of Luxury Portfolio International® and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, their diverse group of agents can help you make the move anywhere in the world and speak over 20 different languages including:  American Sign Language, Arabic, Chinese, Cantonese, Dutch, English, Farsi/ Persian, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Ilocano, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Shanghainese, Spanish, Taiwanese, Tagalog, and Urdu.
