AUSTIN, TX – Realty Austin placed at the top of the list for Austin’s Best Places to Work in Central Texas by the Austin Business Journal for the fourth year in a row. Innovative and collaborative workspaces, advanced technology, a culture of philanthropy, and fun were the top reasons why Realty Austin was named as 2020’s #1 Best Places to Work in Austin

Austin Business Journal’s Best Places to Work list identifies the top workplaces in Central Texas. Qualifying companies are measured in four categories based on key performance areas such as leadership and management; workplace environment; compensation and benefits; and growth and development.

Jonathan Boatwright, co-owner of Realty Austin said, “Without a doubt, our incredible employees and rock star agents are the reason why. Our agents offer superior service to their clients and they are backed by an all-star team and support system—a winning combination.”

Realty Austin spent the past few years reimagining the everyday real estate brokerage, reinvesting in innovative and collaborative workspaces, technology, and marketing with the goal of providing their agents with the best resources to elevate their business.

Yvette Boatwright, co-owner of Realty Austin, said, “What makes us different is our culture. Our agents are more than realtors and our staff is more like family! We enjoy working together in a positive environment while providing all-star service to our team. There’s no place like home–Realty Austin– it’s a special place, and I believe customers can feel the difference in how much we love and support our agents.”

With offices located in Westlake, Central, Southwest, and North Austin, the Realty Austin team has grown to over 550 agents and 50+ support staff. A proud member of Luxury Portfolio International® and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, their diverse group of agents can help you make the move anywhere in the world and speak over 20 different languages: Arabic, Cantonese, Chinese, Dutch, English, Farsi/Persian, French, German, Hindi, Ilocano, Urdu, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, Russian, Shanghainese, American Sign Language, Spanish, Tagalog, and Taiwanese.
