AUSTIN, TX — Realty Austin was voted the No. 1 Top Workplace in the Austin American-Statesman’s 2019 Top Workplaces of Greater Austin. The company’s powerhouse team of agents and support staff, coupled with its training programs, online technology, collaborative atmosphere — and its history of giving back to the community earned it the top spot on the annual Top Workplace list.

Realty Austin’s active support of Austin Habitat for Humanity and Foundation Communities, as well as other nonprofit organizations that provide affordable housing and support services, was a large reason for its recognition as Austin’s #1 Top Workplace.

Jonathan Boatwright, co-owner of Realty Austin said, “We are honored to have the best agents and staff in Austin. We are extremely passionate and driven each and every day to make RA the best (not the biggest) real estate company in the world. Awards like this are confirmation that we are on the right track!

Courtney Lepore, Vice President of Operations for Realty Austin said, “The Top Workplace project serves as an annual measuring stick for us. We take the feedback from the survey very seriously and we make adjustments accordingly. Our goal every year is to achieve No. 1 ranking.”

The company placed first among the Large companies with 500+ employees in the Greater Austin area. More than 1,160 Austin area employers were nominated by employees, customers or themselves to be part of the Top Workplaces process. Employees were asked to rate their companies on such issues as: leadership, direction, workplace environment and pay and benefits. Energage ranked employers in three categories — small, midsize or large — on the basis of their Austin area employment.

This year marks the fourth time Realty Austin was awarded No.1 on the Top Workplace list. In 2016, 2013, and 2012 the company was honored with the top spot. This year marks the eighth time the company has appeared on the annual Top Workplace list.

Yvette Boatwright, co-owner of Realty Austin said, “Austin’s unique culture influences and inspires us to play an active role in our communities.  Our teams embrace an intelligent and strategic mindset toward business while leading with an abundant mindset focused on care for each other and the greater Austin community. We love Austin and the work we do together with our neighbors.”
