Realty Austin Recognized at Leading RE Summit 2016

The Brokerage of the Future Recognized for Excellence in Website and Real Estate Marketing at Global Real Estate Conference and Takes Home Fast Tracker Newcomer Award

AUSTIN, TX—Realty Austin is pleased to announce it was the winner of a prestigious Member Achievement Award presented by Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE), a global community of more than 500 high quality independent real estate firms. The award was presented at the network’s Annual Awards Gala at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. The event was part of LeadingRE’s Conference Week, which has attracted a distinguished audience of nearly 2,500 real estate professionals from 25 countries.

Fast Trackers Award for Newcomers

Realty Austin was presented the Fast Trackers Award, given to the select companies that generated significant outgoing referral performance in their first full calendar year as an affiliate of the network. Courtney Lepore, Realty Austin Vice President of Operations and Relocation Director said, “To win one of LeadingRE’s prestigious Member Achievement Awards is an honor. Our Relocation Manager Barry Roberts works behind the scenes creating the magic that helps our team reach its goals. We are proud to receive the Fast Tracker Newcomer award among the world’s top global brokerages.” Realty Austin was honored with additional recognition in the following categories:

Company Brand and Property Advertising

Realty Austin received the 2nd Place award for Company Brand and Property Advertising in recognition of the firm’s advertisements in external media to promote the company brand and showcase its listing inventory. The award-winning advertisements in the relocation category were chosen based on creativity, quality and overall presentation and effectiveness. In the marketing category, Realty Austin also received Honorable Mentions for both Consumer Materials and the company’s Luxury Portfolio Marketing program.

Awards of Excellence

Realty Austin was honored to be a nominee for a Top Luxury Brokerage Award as the Best Luxury Portfolio Newcomer. The newcomer was also up for two Awards of Excellence: Outgoing Referral Production (RP) and Outgoing Sales Production (OSP) for Category 5 firms with 201 to 500 associates.

Website Quality Certification

For the second year in a row, Realty Austin earned Website Quality Certification (WQC) that recognizes member websites that combine high standards for design, technology, and service. David Ramirez represented Realty Austin in a panel among top-producing agents about how he successfully helped 12 clients buy and sell a home in other cities through the LeadingRE network. Cara Keenan, Realty Austin Talent Development Director participated on a group panel and shared proven strategies for recruiting and retention of top agents by prioritizing the company’s culture, people, and growth to build a highly productive team. Brittanie MacLean, Realty Austin Online Marketing Director shared a presentation of the most creative ideas from the field including the company’s “Make the Move” video series of agent success stories. This year marks 20 top producing agents and 8 members of the management team who represented the firm throughout the global conference at Luxury Portfolio Summit, Performance Summit, MarTech Summit, and Annual Conference presented by Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®.
