Realty Austin Agents Win at ABJ’s Residential Real Estate Awards

Realty Austin, an award-winning Austin-based real estate brokerage, congratulated finalists of the Austin Business Journal’s Residential Real Estate Awards, held at the AT&T Executive Education & Conference Center on March 7, 2013. Eighteen of Realty Austin’s team were finalists at the annual awards luncheon, and five won the coveted award, placing them amongst Austin’s most exceptional real estate professionals.

Todd Grossman placed 14th in the individual agent category with total sales of $17.8 million in 35 transactions. In the team category, The Lisa Munoz team earned a rank of 10th place with total sales of $21.1 million in 88 transactions; and The Ditlow team was awarded 15th place with $18.6 million in total sales in 81 transactions.

Individual Realty Austin agents recognized as finalists for their outstanding achievements were Todd Bailey, Lockie Ealy, Maggie Falvey, Scott Joffe, Alicia Kelley, Jennifer Mehis, Allison Olson, Carl Shurr, Linda Takenaka, Tom Thornton, and Linda Traylor.

Realty Austin teams recognized as finalists for the award were Mark and France Clausen, The Clausen Team; Cara and Joe Keenan, The Keenan Team; and Michael and Stacy Spickes, The Spickes Team.

The Austin Business Journal’s Residential Real Estate Awards program honors the Top 50 Residential Real Estate Agents of Austin, Texas. In order to be selected, the agents had to be among the top performing agents qualified by sales volume, transactions, and operational excellence in 2012.
