REALTrends 500 Reveals Realty Austin in Top 100 | 2016

Austin’s #1 Independent Brokerage Ranks in America’s Top 100

AUSTIN, TX — Realty Austin, the brokerage of the future, climbed up the ranks of the 2016 REAL Trends 500 report earning the company its place among the nation’s most powerful residential real estate brokerages. According to the latest results, Realty Austin moved up to no. 90 on the report as a result of its $2 billion sales volume from 5,678 closed transaction sides in 2015.

REAL Trends 500 is an annual report of the nation’s top real estate companies. According to the report, Realty Austin is the no. 1 independent firm in Austin and Central Texas. Including franchises, the company ranks no. 2 respectively. Now in its 29th year, the REAL Trends 500 remains the undisputed leading report ranking the performance of the top residential real estate brokerage firms by both transaction sides and sales volume.

REAL Trends 500 remains the trusted source for information about the performance of these brokerages and firms due to the requirement that all information be independently verified. For the 2016 REAL Trends Survey, firms needed to close a minimum of 1,702 transaction sides in 2015 to place in the top 500.

This year marks the second time Realty Austin has appeared on the annual REAL Trends 500 report. The company ranked no. 95 in 2015.
