Realty Austin Realtors Honored at Platinum Top 50 Austin Awards

Austin’s #1 Best Place to Work Applauds 36 Finalists and 11 Winners

AUSTIN, TXRealty Austin, the #1 Best Place to Work in Central Texas, congratulated 36 agents on its team who were finalists for Platinum Top 50 Awards in Austin. Realty Austin agents who won at the annual awards ceremony were Allison Olson, Ashley Brinkman, Chris Tinnell, Cynthia Mattiza, Deborah Novelli, Drew Griffin, Jennifer Henry, Joe and Cara Keenan Team, Kim Fodor, Matt Friedlander, Ross Speed and Sarabeth Peterson and Jordan Johnson Team.

Realty Austin agents recognized as Finalists for their outstanding achievements were Alicia Kelley, Adam Walker, Betsy Smith, Brian Copland, Charles Runnels, Charla Housson, Cristina Valdés, Darcy Newton, David and Alyssa Ramirez Team, David and Kelly Thate Team, Debbie Barrera, Henry Valles, Jason Taylor, Jenny Walker, Kathleen Latto-Wainwright, Lisa Muñoz, Lockie and Warren Ealy Team, Matthew Ditlow, Nick Easley, Ruth E. Powers, Salma Manzur, Sari Pearce, Sonny and Erin Bara Team, and Todd Bailey.

The Platinum Top 50 Awards Program annually recognizes 50 residential real estate professionals for their outstanding achievements in sales, education, industry participation and civic leadership. PT50 Winners exemplify: initiative, involvement, success, and philanthropy.

PT50 uses a point system to determine the winners and top finalists. Points are earned based on 25% sales production; 25% closed sides; 25% education and industry involvement; and 25% community involvement. Platinum Top 50 winners exemplify initiative, involvement, success and philanthropy through their work.

PT50 established its program in San Antonio in 1999, and it has become one of the area’s most prestigious real estate business awards.
