Platinum Top 50 Realtors Award Winners | Realty Austin

Realty Austin Is Honored to Announce Our 14 Winners and 37 Finalists for Platinum Top 50 Realtors Awards

AUSTIN, TX — Realty Austin, Austin’s no.1 independent residential real estate firm, congratulated 45 agents on its roster who were finalists for Platinum Top 50 Award in Austin. Of those finalists, 14 Realty Austin agents won at the annual awards ceremony.

Realty Austin agents awarded top honors were Allison Olson, Sonny and Erin Bara, Brandi McDaniel, Colette Fitzgerald, Cristina Valdes, Cynthia Mattiza, Drew Griffin, Jennifer Mehis-Henry, Lisa Muñoz, Ross Speed, and Sarabeth and Jordan Team.

Yvette Boatwright, co-owner and broker of Realty Austin said, “While making it a priority to give back to the Austin community, these industry leaders demonstrate superior customer service and perform at the highest level and the Platinum Top 50 program awards their hard work and excellence. Realty Austin agents recognized as Finalists for their outstanding achievements were Alicia Kelley, Ashley Brinkman, Charla Housson, Charles Runnels, Darcy Newton, David and Kelly Thate, Debbie Barrera, Holly McCormick, Jen Butel, Jenny Swartz and Kim Fodor, Joe Keenan, Kathleen Latto-Wainwright, Lori Goto, Matthew Ditlow, Michael and Stacy Spickes, Pattie Webster, Rosalia Chiu, Ruth Powers, Sari Pearce, Scott Hayes, Sherry Ellenbogen, The Ealy Team, Todd Bailey, and Tom Thornton.

The Platinum Top 50 awards program uses a point system to determine 50 residential real estate winners and top finalists. Points are earned based on 25% sales production; 25% closed sides; 25% education and industry involvement; and 25% community involvement. Platinum Top 50 winners exemplify initiative, involvement, success and philanthropy through their work.

Since Platinum Top 50 established its program in San Antonio in 1999, it has become one of the area’s most prestigious real estate business awards. The program is designed to recognize and honor individual’s professional and leadership accomplishments.
