Parade of Homes Returns to Austin at The Overlook Estates

After a short hiatus, the annual Parade of Homes tour is back this year and will feature six luxury homes at the Southwest Austin neighborhood of The Overlook Estates. The Parade of Homes tour will be held October 27th through November 11th, and is open everyday (excluding Tuesdays) from 11 AM to 7 PM. You can purchase tickets for the Parade of Homes tour at the gate entry, cash only. Admission prices are as follows: Adults (18+) – $15, Couples – $25, Seniors (62+) & Children (3-17) – $12, Children Under 3 are free. Military ID tickets are $10. (Realtors get in free November 1st & 8th!)

The 2012 Parade of Homes tour features homebuilding designs and trends of all kinds, including Texas Hill Country, Crfatsman, Ultra Modern, and Soft Contmeporary on lots with plenty of acreage and wonderful views of the hill country. The custom homes are priced anywhere from the mid $700,000s to $1M+.
