Muñoz ranked no. 52 in the Top 100 agents in the nation in terms of volume with $33,153,551 in 2016; and, she ranked no. 20 in the state Texas with 95 transaction respectively.

Muñoz said, “I am proud to be part of NAHREP, an association that provides meaningful solutions toward homeownership for the Hispanic community. My commitment is to continue to improve accessibility in the Austin marketplace. It is a unique time in Austin, and I am proud to represent Austin real estate professionals, Realty Austin, and the latino community with this award.”

With aggregate sales of over $6 billion, this year’s NAHREP report includes a ranking of the nation’s top agents by transactions and top agents in major market regions including the Northeast, South, West, Midwest, California, and Texas.

Yvette Boatwright, co-owner of Realty Austin said, “As a Hispanic-owned real estate firm, Realty Austin is extremely proud that Lisa’s hard work is represented on NAHREP’s national Top 250 list. Since joining the Realty Austin family in 2010, Lisa has been an integral part of our team, and as a leader of our industry I believe her example and achievements will greatly benefit the achievements of Austin real estate professionals throughout Texas.”

NAHREP is the nation’s largest trade association for Hispanic real estate professionals comprised of 26,000 members in 48 chapters around the United States. The Top 250 agents were selected based on their total transactions and total volume for 2016, and verified through NAHREP and their respective brokerages. NAHREP’s Top 250 Latino Agents report can be found at https://nahrep.org/top250/agent.

Leo Pareja, NAHREP President said, “Last year Hispanics accounted for nearly 75 percent of the growth in U.S. homeownership. Those gains are largely due to individuals like the top producers on our list who continue to drive Hispanic homeownership in their local markets. They are the gateway to the demographic changes in the housing market and represent the vitality of our industry today and in the future.”

According to NAHREP, some of the fastest Hispanic population growth in recent years has taken place in the South and other non-traditional Hispanic markets. This year’s list reflects an increase in agents from burgeoning Hispanic regions including Tennessee, Missouri, Georgia and North Carolina. A majority of the agents on the list are within the 34-45 age bracket, as compared to the typical Realtor® age of 57. At 93 percent, an overwhelming majority of 2017 honorees are bilingual.

Muñoz is doing her part locally to advance homeownership in Austin, Texas and consistently ranks as a Top Producing real estate agent city-wide.

Jennifer Korba, Realty Austin Market Manager of the Central-East office said, “Lisa always puts her clients first in everything she does. Her entire team is trained with this tenet in mind – from the time she meets a potential new client to the period from contract to close. Every team member is well coached in their part of the process, and communicates clearly to the client so they know what to expect every step of the way. Lisa is a true customer service professional and a great leader.”

This year marks the fifth time Lisa Muñoz was named on NAHREP’s Top 250 list. She was also recognized for her achievements in 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016.

Lisa also ranked #28 in Texas on REAL Trends’ list of America’s Best Real Estate Agents.
