Austin Runners Club offers training groups around Austin almost any day of the week! The mileage and paces vary, but these are generally fun easy-going runs! The club runs 5 to 10 miles around the Town Lake Trail every Mondays. So bring your running shoes and some determination and get ready to run! If you are interested in running with a different group, their site lists other running groups clubs you can join!
Camp Gladiator’s mission is to positively impact as many lives as possible! It’s more than a gym; it’s more than a boot camp, it’s an experience! Camps are four weeks of unlimited, one-hour, full-body workouts. Make sure to bring a mat, dumbbells, water and a towel! Ask your friends at Camp Gladiator for a code or go sign up for a full month of workouts free! There’s no reason to be intimidated! Come to camp, meet your trainer and you’ll be hooked!
Check out one of the free, monthly community classes at CrossFit Central! With locations in downtown and North Austin, there’s every reason to become a part of this cult classic. CrossFit Central is dedicated to helping people reach their goals and build a fit community.

Austin has some of the best dancers, and now they can teach you how to dance too! They will be teaching Cajun Dance, Swing Dance, and the Texas Two Step. These free lessons are great for beginners, practice or just for fun! While dancing, there will be live music; which means you can show off your new moves!
Never visited Dane’s Body Shop? Then come out and workout every first and third Sunday of each month for a free workout! The workouts can sometimes include climbing, jumping, and other activities that are on the ground or at low, medium, or high distances off the ground. Make sure to sign their liability waiver before working out!
The mission of Gym Studios is to build a healthier culture through fitness and a healthy community. Their group fitness classes will transform the gyms of the best luxury apartments into functional boutique studios. If you are a resident of any of these properties (Azul Lakeshore, IMT at the Domain, Villages at the Domain, Kenzie at the Domain, Bexley at Whitestone, The Arnold, South Shore District, Lake Shore Pearl, Eastside Station, The Standard at the Domain, University House, Groves South Lamar, Folio Apartments, Indie Apartments and WeWork), you can apply your Free Resident Membership, which gives you unlimited group fitness classes. No Excuses Running Club meets on Mondays and Wednesdays for a warm-up, and running activities! There will be multiple drills, your choice of short or long distance workouts, a cool-down, and group stretching. All running levels are welcome to join the free groups. Be prepared for a focused group!
Wednesdays and Fridays at 6 am
November Project Austin keeps it weird and fit by bringing together people of all athletic abilities to have a blast and workout for free! Come out and workout with them two times per week at 6 am! This tight-knit group meets Wednesdays at the State Capitol steps, and Fridays at the Federal Courthouse steps (by Republic Square Park).

Before the ride, you can meet at Juan Pelota Café 30 minutes before start time for a refreshment! They also offer other intermediate and advanced classes!

So, get your butt on a bike and hit the road! Social Cycling Austin is a great group that’s bringing together all kinds of people (and bike riders). Stronghorn Fitness offers eight-week cycle workouts by utilizing intervals and circuit training to maximize results and time. They will make sure that you get the best workout experience possible! Each workout is open for all levels, is dog and kid-friendly, and it’s a fun way to start your weekend off sweaty! A $5 – $10 cash donation is encouraged or a sweat donation! At Cherrywood Coffeehouse, they believe yoga supports the community in body, mind, and spirit. So, come out to Cherrywood Coffee House and participate in free yoga! Their free community yoga takes place Monday through Friday from 8 am to 9 am. All levels welcome, and yoga mats available to use. Once yoga is finished, stay at Cherrywood for a longer visit and enjoy their breakfast! They have muffins, scones, pastries, and breakfast tacos!
Come out to Shipe Park and enjoy a free yoga class with yoga instructor Gundega! Engaging in yoga (especially outside) is a great way for you to relax and ease your mind off of things! For the winter season, Yoga in the Park will be held indoors. Yoga in the Park is offered for donations and the donations go to the GreaterGood Network; who gives your donations to non-profit charities around the world!
