Austin Runners Club offers training groups around Austin almost any day of the week! The mileage and paces vary, but these are generally fun easy-going runs! The club runs 5 to 10 miles around Town Lake Trail every Monday. So bring your running shoes, some determination and get ready to run!

Come out to Cherrywood Coffee House and participate in free yoga! Once yoga is finished, stay at Cherrywood for a longer visit and enjoy their breakfast! They have muffins, scones, pastries and breakfast tacos!

Never visited Dane’s Body Shop? Then come out and workout every first and third Sunday of each month for a free workout! The workouts can sometimes include climbing, jumping, and other activities that are on the ground or at low, medium, or high distances off the ground. Make sure to sign their liability waiver before working out!

Camp Gladiator’s mission is to positively impact as many lives as possible! It’s more than a gym; it’s more than a boot camp, it’s an experience!
