Austin Runners Club offers training groups around Austin almost any day of the week! The mileage and paces vary, but these are generally fun easy-going runs! The club runs 5 to 10 miles around the Town Lake Trail every Mondays. So bring your running shoes and some determination and get ready to run!
Camp Gladiator’s mission is to positively impact as many lives as possible! It’s more than a gym; it’s more than a boot camp, it’s an experience! Camps are four weeks of unlimited, one-hour, full-body workouts. Make sure to bring a mat, dumbbells, water and a towel! These free lessons are great for beginners, practice or just for fun! While dancing, there will be live music; which means you can show off your new moves!
Never visited Dane’s Body Shop? Then come out and workout every first and third Sunday of each month for a free workout! At Dane’s, they strive to provide the best fitness instruction, in the most proficient manner, driven to create a welcoming environment for all levels, body types, and goals. They work with talented, dedicated fitness leaders to provide our community with the highest quality customer service, delivered with compassion, friendliness, and determination. The workouts can sometimes include climbing, jumping, and other activities that are on the ground or at low, medium, or high distances off the ground. Make sure to sign their liability waiver before working out!

Charles MacInerney leads a free, outdoor Full Moon Yoga and Meditation Class at a scenic overlook each month. They do some gentle Hatha Yoga, a 20-minute meditation, watch the sunset and the full moon rise, and then visit with one another and enjoy the scenery. This tradition is now in its 20th year! These classes are free and are open to anyone, regardless of age or experience. Children and even well-behaved pets are welcome. Please bring a blanket or something to sit on!
The mission of Gym Studios is to build a healthier culture through fitness and healthy community. Their group fitness classes will transform the gyms of the best luxury apartments into functional boutique studios. If you don’t live at their properties, you can still join their classes or train with their personal trainers. Once you sign up, you can get one week of free classes!

No Excuses Running Club meets on Mondays and Wednesdays for a warm-up, and running activities! There will be multiple drills, your choice of short or long distance workouts, a cool-down, and group stretching. All running levels are welcome to join the free groups. Be prepared for a focused group!
Wednesdays and Fridays at 6 am
November Project Austin keeps it weird and fits by bringing together people of all athletic abilities to have a blast and workout! They believe the best kind of exercise is one that is fun, challenging, interactive and, of course, free! The November Project tries to attain those qualities in every workout that they plan. Come out and work out with them two times per week at 6 am! This tight-knit group meets Wednesdays at the State Capitol steps, and Fridays at the Federal Courthouse steps (by Republic Square Park).

The Scout-a-Route meetup is hosted by Mellow Johnny’s and co-hosted with Bike Austin. This meetup is the perfect way to exercise while learning about commuting through the city! The routes are designed to help riders navigate the city bike routes and other safe bike commuting options. Before the ride, you can meet at Juan Pelota Café 30 minutes before start time for a refreshment!
Cycling is one of the most popular ways to get fit in Austin (there are cyclists everywhere), and it comes to no surprise that there are cycling groups like Social Cycling Austin! So, get your butt on a bike and hit the road! Social Cycling Austin is a great group that’s bringing together all kinds of people (and bike riders). Whether it’s mountain biking or road cycling, they definitely have an event on their schedule that’s perfect for you!
Stronghorn Fitness offers eight-week cycle workouts by utilizing intervals and circuit training to maximize results and time. They will make sure that you get the best workout experience possible! The first week is free, and if you love the workouts, then all you need to do is sign up!
