Read time: 2 minutes

Condo Communities are a huge part of Northwest Austin. There are over 60 different condo communities to choose from in this Austin area alone. Whether homebuyers are searching for a brand-new, contemporary condo or something with a view and garage, Northwest Austin has a condo community for every buyer’s individual needs. Below are a few different condominium complexes to give you an idea of what Northwest Austin has to offer.

Villa Serena
Villa Serena is located in the center of all things essential to Austin. Located just south of the Mopac/183/360 interchange, Villa Serena’s fifty-seven, one and two-story residences are situated under a large canopy of oak, magnolia and pecan trees. The community is extremely close to the Domain, Arboretum, Gateway Center and several Austin schools. The UT Shuttle and Capital Metro Bus services are also easily accessible.

All units at Villa Serena have generous closet space, lots of room for entertaining and attached two-car garages. The lively community offers residents a swimming pool and club house. Villa Serena is cared for by an active Homeowners Association (HOA) whose low fees support the landscaping, infrastructure needs, Club House, pool and other common area maintenance and lighting.

Bluffs at Balcones
Conveniently situated in the Northwest Hills of Austin, the Bluffs at Balcones are beautiful “city style” townhomes. Located just ten minutes from downtown and the Domain, the two and three-bedroom townhomes are in the center of the city’s action. Each unit feature ten-foot ceilings, wood flooring, granite countertops in kitchen and bathroom, body jets and overhead fixture in master shower and Kitchen Aid Architect Series 2 Stainless appliances. Also, each unit is three-stories and features a two-car garage.

All buildings at the Bluffs at Balcones are green and energy efficient. Each building includes metal roofs, DOW House Wrap Moisture Barrier and Window Wrap, High Density Blown-in Insulation, Double Paned “low e” Windows, Insulated Doors and many other green features.

Mesa Village
Located near the intersection of Mesa Drive and Spicewood Springs Road, Mesa Village is an urban condo village located in Northwest Austin, approximately 7 minutes from downtown. Mesa Village is within walking distance to several of the area’s restaurants and shops and is just a short distance from the Arboretum and Domain. Mesa Village offers residents several amenities including tennis courts, a swimming pool, clubhouse and on-site maintenance. Mesa Village is also currently restoring their landscape to native plants, trees and grasses.

Efficient floor plans are used in all units at Mesa Village to make use of every inch of space. All units have a small patio/balcony area and many of them face one of Austin’s beautiful greenbelt areas.

There are plenty of other great areas in the Northwest Hills. Neighborhoods like Steiner Ranch, Lakeway, and Westlake have plenty of neighborhoods to choose from.
