Great News! The City of Dripping Springs has approved Fire in the Sky from the DS Sports and Recreation Park behind HEB. The park will be CLOSED to ALL spectators. Please plan to socially distance and watch from the Home Depot or HEB Parking lots, or any other parking lots (with permission) from the downtown Dripping Springs/Mercer Street Area. Plum Creek Golf Course will host a July 4th golf tournament beginning after lunch. When it gets dark enough, around 9:00 pm on July 4th, the fireworks show will launch from the golf course. Find a spot early enough to see the tall water tower that is next to the Hays CISD PAC on Kohler’s Crossing. If you can see the water tower, you will have a great view of the fireworks. Parking on paved parking lots around the intersection of Kohler’s and Kyle Parkway are the safest locations. Approximately 20-30 minutes of “ooohs and ahhhs” will cap off a day of fun in Kyle!
Lago Vista, TX
Come and celebrate 4th of July with your family and friends at Lago Vista’s 4th of July party! Start your day with a chip timed race through the rolling hills of Lago Vista, march in the parade, ride on float or golf cart or wave your flag and cheer on the colorful floats down Dawn Drive! After that take the time to relax, enjoy the lake, do whatever makes you happy. There will also be a golf tournament from 1 pm to 5 pm. Then hop on a free CapMetro bus and ride down to the Lago Vista Golf club and listen to live music with Jennifer B and the Groove, eat some delicious food, participate in pickleball and enjoy the best firework show in town!
Lakeway 4th of July Celebration– CANCELED
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the City will not host a parade or ceremony this year. However, the City of Lakeway is planning a fantastic fireworks display! More details will be released soon!

Enjoy a full fun day at Typhoon, Texas, while celebrating the 4th of July at Texas’ Favorite Waterpark! Typhoon Texas will host a variety of festivities throughout the day, ending with a fireworks show. All guests must have an admission ticket and reservation.

KASE 101 and the Round Rock Express are excited to present Fourth of July with Granger Smith and Earl Dibbles Jr. on Saturday, July 4, at Dell Diamond. The 90-minute concert will be followed by a special Independence Day fireworks show. Gates are scheduled to open at 7:00 p.m. with Granger Smith taking the stage at 8:00 p.m. Fireworks are set to begin at approximately 9:30 p.m.
Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department and the City of Round Rock will celebrate July 4th this year by bringing the parade to you! They will celebrate as one commUNITY honoring our Nation’s independence and local community heroes. They will have three Community Spirit Neighborhood Parades passing through various Round Rock neighborhoods on July 4th, starting at 8:30 am. They invite you to come out into their front yards, find space alongside the routes, and celebrate the RED, WHITE, and BLUE! Show your spirit and decorate your yards, sidewalks, and gear up in your 4th of July apparel! Each parade route will have a Patriotic Power Stop, an area that you can view the parade from if it’s not passing by your neighborhood. Limited space available and social distancing encouraged in each of these areas.

If you happen to be in Taylor, Texas on July 4th, you don’t want to miss out on the best firework show in town! The Taylor Community proudly presents Fireworks in the Park on July 4th at dusk. The fireworks can be seen from almost anywhere in the park’s vicinity and make sure to bring your lawn chairs, blankets and get there early to get a good spot for the firework show!

Blue Starlite Urban Mini Drive- In’s Independence Day celebration is a one of a kind tradition in Austin! This 4th of July, watch the well known and patriotic movie, Independence Day starring Will Smith and Jeff Goldblum! They will also be playing Cabin In The Woods, Dirty Dancing, and Jaws at different times! After the thrilling movie is over, Blue Starlite will have a firework show on their high definition screen. Make sure to bring some popcorn from home and have fun without having to leave your car!
