    Kerrville Renaissance Festival transports modern-day visitors into a time and place from far away! Occurring over a single weekend, a village’s worth of entertainers, musical acts, food vendors, and artisans help shape an immersive experience back in time. Located in a picturesque setting in the Texas Hill Country, the Family-Friendly Festival will feature Locally Renowned Last Chance Forever Bird of Prey show, Texas Native musicians Coal Black Rose, The Great Rondini, Austin Favorite Magical Mystical Michael, and more live entertainment on three stages. The Merchant village of over 40 artisans will include potters, jewelers, painters, leather workers, and more eclectic and unique crafts for your shopping pleasure. Food is fit for a King featuring, of course, the ubiquitous Turkey Legs and meats on a stick!

    Happy Trails Trail Race is a women’s 10K and 5K trail race in Dripping Springs! Join the City of Dripping Springs for a fun run on a well-marked course and enjoy pancakes and coffee at the finish! Each participant will receive a women’s cut v-neck tech tee, and the 1st place finisher of the race will receive a unique finisher award!

    Many in the Austin area car community are familiar with the annual “Hot Rods and Hatters” event that takes place each year in nearby Lockhart. The annual event routinely draws thousands to the Austin suburb and floods the area around the courthouse. Since establishing that local event, “Hat Rod Productions” has been branching out, helping to create new events centered around cars and music in the area, and now, a bit further. This year the city is increasing it again, closing up to 30 city blocks for the music and auto party that drew 886 cars and more than 30,000 spectators in 2016.

The event supports non-profit groups addressing hunger issues locally and draws amateur and professional culinary talent into a fierce battle for the prized trophy chili pot.     Pistons on the Square is a gathering of antique, classic, muscle and late model cars and motorcycles on the Square in Georgetown Texas the third Saturday of every month, 8-10 a.m. and is free to attend! They list most all automotive related events featuring hot rods, customs, muscle cars, antique and classic automobiles, electric cars, military vehicles, sports cars, art cars, and even trains and air shows!

They race along open roads that pass iconic landmarks like UT Tower, The I Love You Mural, and Austin Power Plant; enjoy miles of Austin unique neighborhoods such as SOCO district and Hyde Park; and are greeted by cheering crowds as they close in on the finish line in front of the Texas State Capitol on historic Congress Ave!

    Corteo, the latest and most enchanting Cirque du Soleil’s arena production is now touring in North America! The show will visit Cedar Park at the H-E-B Center from February 20 to February 24, 2019, for a limited run of eight performances. This unique production, directed by Daniele Finzi Pasca, first premiered in Montreal under the Big Top in April 2005. Since then, the show has been a great success and has amazed 8 million people in 19 countries on four continents.

    Celebrating its 26th year, Jugglefest is a three-day event full of workshops, games, demonstrations, and shows featuring juggling, unicycling, and related circus arts. Everyone is welcome to come on down to pick up the basics, learn some new tricks, meet some crazy people or just chill out and watch.
